Our Myo-Inositol is 100% PURE Myo-Inositol, which is the most abundant isomer found in cell membranes. While sometimes referred to as Vitamin B-8, it is not a true vitamin since our bodies can synthesize their own and it is found in many common foods such as grains, beans, nuts, and fruits. Interestingly, each kidney makes 2gm/day, and the liver and brain can also produce inositol. This remarkable molecule is one stereoisomer of a C-6 sugar alcohol and makes up 95% of free inositol in the body.
