Great product! Makes taking the top off our Jeep possible and much more frequent since it is so much easier. We have the motorized version and my husband accidentally jammed one of the pieces into the teeth and bent it way out of shape. TopLift Pros sent me all of the replacement parts and then FaceTimed me to help me take the old parts off and put the new ones on. Evan spent 2 hours helping me and it is all fixed! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievably helpful. Definitely could not have done it without him!
Product is excellent but the customer service is even better. They are ALWAYS there to help solve any problems or difficulties and do so in a very thorough way. Customer service is one of the most important elements in a product; especially with something so large and mechanical. TopLift Pros is for sure one of the best!

I recently purchased a TopLift Pros hardtop removal tool for my Jeep 4xe, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The build quality is top-notch, and the ease of use is incredible. Removing and storing my hardtop is now a one-person job, which is a game changer. The lift is sturdy, well-designed, and saves so much time compared to other methods.
Customer service was also fantastic—they answered all my questions and ensured I got the right setup for my Jeep. If you own a Wrangler and want a hassle-free way to remove your hardtop, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing. About four hours to assemble but that's because I didn't watch the assembly videos start to finish before I started to assemble it. Once assembled this thing is rock solid and simple to use. Well worth the money in that now I can safely remove my hard top on my 2019 Jeep Unlimited which makes it a blast to drive on the sunny days.

Awesome product! More expensive than other options out there for sure, but certainly worth it! I can now remove the top from my Jeep by myself, and the process only takes me about 10 minutes from start to finish. Putting the lift together wasn't the easiest process, but if I can do it, anyone can! Highly recommended!

I would rate the Toplift Pro experience as good. Following both the onlide assembly guide (which appears to have been improved a bit since I got mine) and the videos, assembly wasn't too bad, but some of the more complex areas could have been a bit clearer. Use of the lift itself is generally very good, though when you first lift the 4-door hard top and roll back it's a bit disconcerting due to the wobble before you get the top stabilized with the extenders (which are easy to slide on and really help). That said, it would actually take a good bit to upset it enough to fall forward. the weight toward the rear with the glass hatch helps keep the center of gravity in the right place.
You definitely need to be on level ground to easily use it. Our driveway has a slight slope to it and it's pretty sporty once you lift the top off, as it easily wants to swing one way or the other. I've ended up taking it off down on the asphalt of our court where it is level, then rolling it up our driveway to the garage. Not ideal, and our asphalt is rough, but it works fine.
Bottom line is this is definitely smoother than the cheap four ratchet strap method I had been using, which worked fine, but with one person took more time. Putting the top back on in particular is so much easier to align. Overall, the product is well-made and works well. I think if they could figure out how to make the top a bit more stable from first lift before the extenders are on that would make it even better.
